Tribeca Loft Conversion

A full-floor loft in a cast-iron building, converted in the late nineties and refreshed by the current owner in 2022. Two bedrooms are enclosed at the rear; the rest of the floor is one continuous space with eleven-foot ceilings and eight oversized windows.

The kitchen runs along the party wall with a nine-foot island, and the flooring is original maple, sanded and re-finished rather than replaced. A separate media room can be closed off with a sliding steel panel.

The building has a key-locked elevator opening directly into the apartment, a part-time doorman and a shared roof deck.
