Do you charge for a valuation?

No. A market appraisal is free and carries no obligation to list with us. We will give you a figure we believe is achievable and explain the reasoning, including what would need to change to achieve more.

How quickly can I arrange a viewing?

Most viewings are confirmed within a few hours during office hours. If a property is tenanted we need to give the occupier notice, which is usually 24 to 48 hours depending on the market.

Do you work with buyers outside your listed markets?

Accepted Answer

We advise on the eight markets shown on the site. For anything outside those, we will refer you to a firm we actually rate rather than take an instruction we cannot service properly.

What information do you publish on a listing?

Accepted Answer

Asking price, service charge where applicable, built-up and plot area, year built, furnishing, parking and every amenity we have verified. If something material is unknown we say so rather than leaving it blank.

Question 5

Can I list my property with you?

Accepted Answer

Yes, though we take on fewer instructions than most firms. An adviser will inspect the property before we agree terms, and we will be direct with you if we do not think we are the right fit.
