Four floors of restored Pombaline townhouse on one of Lisbon's most walkable streets. The restoration kept what was worth keeping — original azulejo panels in the entrance hall, the timber staircase, and the plasterwork on the first floor — while quietly modernising everything behind the walls.

Accommodation runs across four levels with three bedrooms, a top-floor study that opens onto a roof terrace, and a garden courtyard at the rear that stays cool through the afternoon. Underfloor heating throughout; the windows were replaced with double-glazed timber units matched to the originals.
