Marasi Drive Waterfront Penthouse

Occupying the top two floors of a slender canal-side tower, this penthouse was reworked by its current owners with a single instruction to the architect: keep the water in view from everywhere. The main living volume runs the full width of the plan, opening onto a 40-metre terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a plunge pool angled toward the marina.

Inside, the material palette is deliberately restrained — pale oak floors, honed limestone in the bathrooms, and joinery finished in a soft chalk tone. The principal suite occupies the upper floor in its own right, with a dressing room, a study nook and a bathroom that reads more like a spa than a service space.

The building offers valet parking, a residents' lounge and direct boardwalk access. Service charges are settled through 2026.
